The entire process—from incoming material inspection, assembly, aging testing to factory calibration—is fully traceable. All core components (LED modules, power control boards, optical lenses) are designed and tested in-house. This ensures every device meets medical-grade safety standards.
② Independent R&D and In-House Core Component Manufacturing
We master full-process capabilities from light source design to complete machine assembly: Self-developed optical modules: Red + near-infrared dual-wavelength light sources with controllable energy density. Self-developed driver circuits: Constant current and voltage output to ensure stable light intensity. In-house mold design: Enhances heat dissipation efficiency and structural strength.
③ Strict Quality Inspection Process
Every red light therapy device must undergo the following tests before leaving the factory: Spectrum and power density testing (ensuring wavelength accuracy of ±5 nm). Electrical safety and EMC testing (anti-interference, anti-leakage). 72-hour continuous aging test. Comprehensive inspection of appearance and functions.
